Jenna and Ryan are having their James Bond-esque – sexy, sleek, modern – wedding June 9, 2012 at Palazzo Verdi. Enjoy their gorgeous e-shoot photographed by A Better Image Photography.

I know we’re partial, don’t get me wrong, but our couples at A Touch of Bliss are the put-in-your-pocket kind of cute!! Jenny and Ted are definitely no exception. As if their FAB-O personalities and super fun wit didn’t win us over … I mean, check out their mugs! Gorgeous!

The always-fabulous Jenna Walker outdid herself once again with this TOTES ADORBS picnic in the park engagement shoot! Enjoy!

Jenny and Ted tied the knot this July at Timber Ridge in Keystone. We were so lucky to be a part of their big day! More pictures to come from their Italian-themed wedding – stay tuned!

Congratulations to Maegan and Matt on their engagement! Take a peek at this super fun couple’s engagement shoot taken by Apples and Oranges Photography. They will be tying the knot November 5, 2011 at Denver Union Station.

Jim and Kristen’s June wedding had a citrus-inspired color scheme that took full advantage of the sunny skies in Colorado. Their inspiration board sent their vendors into a sunny creative direction.

We love all of the ways color was brought into the day:

They got married at the gorgeous and dramatic Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception.

Who doesn’t love an old Rolls Royce?

We just love this bright and beautiful centerpiece by Babylon Floral.

Bright lanterns adorned the ceiling, and then came down to the floor when it was time to dance.

We love the look of surprise on her face – and the red flower in her hair!

Congratulations, Kristen & Jim!

Thanks to all of the vendors who helped with this day:

Seriously, how much fun is this tablescape by Dylan Lauren?!?!  I love everything about it – the colors are so vibrant, festive, and inviting!  It’s also a known fact that candy makes you feel like a kid again, and thanks to Dylan, daughter of Ralph Lauren and owner of Dylan’s Candy Bar in New York, this tablescape envelopes us in great childhood memories .

Any bride that wants to have fun and playful elements like this in her wedding will definitely have the key to my heart.  One word of warning:  you may want to keep the little ones away and keep your dentist on speed dial!

It was an honor to help create Mindae and Kevins’ fall wedding.  The couple was married on October 2, 2010 at The Good Shepherd Catholic Church followed by a reception at Grant Humphrey’s Mansion.  This easy-going couple added a lot of unique flair to their wedding which greatly portrayed their personalities.

Their celebration was fashioned around homemade qualities and classic décor.  The Teacup Shop provided  ”home-baked” the pies and other delicious treats.

The incredibly beautiful flower  arrangements were designed by Sweet Pea Floral.

Their special moments were captured by Mindcastle Studios.

Rumor has it that Martha Stewart Weddings is featuring a same sex wedding in the upcoming Winter issue (see sneak peek courtesy of 100 Layer Cake below). MS Weddings has always a trailblazer in the wedding industry, and at A Touch of Bliss we are ecstatic to see a media powerhouse publish something we already know: Love is for everyone, and marriage should be too! Way to go Darcy! Bravo!

On the planning track towards Maui, I met with Julie of JS Designs for lunch at the very lovely Gaia to discuss the Save-the-Dates and Invitations for our vow renewal in 2010. I brought a few examples for inspiration – I want a fun, unexpected invitation that will surprise our guests. Although only 30 of these beauties will be made, they will be little works of art!

Invitation by Ceci New York.

I cannot wait to see what Julie dreams up! Stay tuned for Save-the -Dates!

We cannot wait to work with Paula from The Teacup Shop – Her style is impressive and her talent to manage sugar and flour is unsurpassed! Born in Colombia, Paula has a Business degree from her home country and a culinary degree from The Art Institute of Colorado.

Paula won first place in the Sweet time of the Rockies cake competition in the Professional division for her “Black and White” wedding cake, in February of 2008 at the Home and Garden Show, and second place for the “Ocean Theme” piece.
